How this kitchen plays

5 tables: customers sit down and wait for the dish to be brought to them.
A serving window: walk-up customers order at the counter.
2 sinks: plates come back dirty and someone has to wash them before the next dish goes out.
Serving a dirty plate costs the order — the customer leaves and the team loses points.
Iced tea, shrimp, noodles, rice and egg meatloaf only cook while a chef stays at the station, so plan who stands where.
Up to 6 customers wait at once.
With 7 dishes on the menu, split the kitchen: one player per station beats everyone chasing every order.
